Danang City Dormitory (DMC-579) – Dedicated Living Area for DTU Students
The saying “A stable home leads to a successful career” remains true through generations, emphasizing that stable housing provides the foundation for learning and sustainable growth.
With this goal, Duy Tan University (DTU) has been authorized by the Danang People’s Committee to co-manage and utilize the city’s student dormitories, built by the 579 Company.

The Danang City Dormitory (DMC-579) spans 25,358 square meters, with an investment of VND 160 billion, featuring five-story buildings, sports areas, gardens, recreation zones, libraries, and internal bus routes.

As the first large-scale student dormitory in Danang, it is designed following green, clean, and sustainable living standards.
DTU students have their own dedicated housing block within the dormitory, featuring secure, fully equipped rooms, sports facilities, green spaces, and common areas — providing a modern, comfortable, and safe living environment that supports learning, social engagement, and personal development.

“New Student Housing Support Program"
In addition to its dormitory system, Duy Tan University implements the “New Student Housing Support Program” to assist freshmen in finding suitable accommodation upon arrival.

Organized annually by the DTU Youth Union and Student Association, the program maintains a volunteer network that surveys and updates listings of safe, affordable housing near campus.
In 2024, the initiative successfully connected more than 3,000 new students with reliable landlords, helping them settle into their new lives smoothly and feel welcomed into the DTU communi
Financial Support and Preferential Loan Programs
To ensure all students have access to stable housing and education, Duy Tan University also provides financial support and preferential student loan programs.
The university partners with policy banks, scholarship funds, and financial institutions to offer low-interest loan packages, rent assistance, and dormitory subsidies, particularly for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
These initiatives help reduce financial burdens, allowing students to focus on their studies and fully engage in academic and community activities within DTU’s inclusive and supportive learning environment.
