The COVID-19 pandemic, climate change, and technological shifts have exacerbated inequalities and disrupted labor markets worldwide.

The SDGs aim to promote sustained economic growth, full and productive employment, and decent work for all. This includes supporting entrepreneurship, innovation, and fair labor practices, while ensuring safe working environments and gender equality in the workforce.
